The product is not robust enough. The sprints that are supposed to keep the legs in place are too tight so it broke after just a few days when there was a gust of wind that toppled the tree.
I paid for “home delivery with UPS” but got prettily go pick up the package myself. Which was shipped with DHL. I sent you an email to get the shipment back but you have not returned.

I bought 5 pieces for the outdoor dining area a year ago, hoping Made in Sweden is something decent. I like it a lot. Thin painted aluminum that bends immediately at the slightest breeze. Completely unsuitable for trees over 1.50 m. The legs fold up at first breath and the tree flies over. Outdoor stands should also be suitable for outdoor use. Not even suitable for single use.
