The metal used for the stand was so soft, that the tree simply continued topple over because the shape kept bending.
After several attempts then we gave up, threw it into to the trashcan and bought a "cheap" one instead, which fortunately works well.
The delivery time was roughly 1 month, even though it was stated that it would be much less. (it did arrive before x-mas though:))
The delay in shipping time is was can happen and no dissapointment as such, but the lack of quality control of the product and claiming it to be "Deluxe" is very provocing to my sense of fairness.
As a minimum, then i would suggest that you remove or replace the name of the product to reflect it's quality
